Rebecca dedicates her practice to creating a safe and comfortable space where people are able to show up exactly as they are. She is an integrative practitioner qualified for independent practice; and has been supporting clients from a variety of backgrounds since 2018.

Some of the theories and therapies that Rebecca uses include: cognitive behavioural, behavioural, client-centered, narrative, solution-focused, acceptance and commitment, and psychoanalytic theory. Rebecca approaches each client case as unique and tailors the process of therapy accordingly.

Rebecca has experience in both the public and private mental health sectors. In addition to individual psychotherapy, she has experience in walk-in and crisis counselling as well as couples counselling. She is a multiculturally-competent practitioner with training in cultural diversity and is also able to provide Christian-based counselling to those interested.
