Creating a safe space to discover your self-healing resources is a key component of my practice. My approach to therapy is centered around you and your unique needs, beliefs and goals. We will determine a process that feels comfortable and safe, utilizing a wide range of tools and therapeutic modalities. All of which are grounded not only in solid evidence-based knowledge but also have been lived and intensely experienced in my personal journey.
Experience of trauma inscripted in my family history, has given me the universal lesson to break the unhealthy patterns and has empowered me to help others in finding a path to a healthy relationship and life with love and joy.
